Updated LDCT Worksheet We've updated our LDCT worksheet to capture more of the data requested by the ACR within the Lung Cancer Screening Registry, and to note the reminder that when performing a Low-Dose CT of the Chest for a lung cancer screening, the patient should be asymptomatic. We ask that you use this worksheet with every LDCT to ensure appropriate screenings and to capture complete data for submission to the registry. We will no longer need the ACR's Case Registration Form or Exam Form as this worksheet captures that data.
